What do the Received headers tell me?
Every server that handled the message adds a Received line: reading them bottom-up you rebuild the path and the delays between hops.
How do I spot a forged email?
From not aligned with Return-Path, failed SPF/DKIM/DMARC and an originating IP with bad reputation are the typical signs of phishing or spoofing.
